Winning big at the 11th Customer Loyalty Awards
Customer Loyalty Awards recognizes and rewards strategies that deliver exceptional results in creating loyalty among customers. One of Legrand’s network digitalization initiatives which was aimed at building loyalty among electricians got recognized at the recently concluded 11th Customer Loyalty Summit. Mr. Laxman Tari, Deputy General Manager – Marketing communication, received the award on IndoAsian’s behalf. It is indeed a honour for the Saving Connection Initiative to be recognized and awarded at such a prestigious event.
